1. One account per household. If caught, your account will be immediately terminated and all credits stored will be forfeited.

2. No use of automated clicking/refreshing scripts to generate clicks to the surf window. If caught, your account will be immediately terminated and all credits stored will be forfeited.

3. Campaigns must have:
~ At least 90% of website written in English
~ No 0frames that tries to cheat other sites or search rankings
~ No more than 1 popup
~ No trojans/viruses/download prompts
~ Website cannot break out of the ShareAdSpace.com framed page
~ No subjects such as (but not limited to): search portals, high yield investment programs, Ponzi or matrix schemes, parked domains, software pirating, hacking, warez, pornography, illegal weapons, inciting hate or terrorism. Basically, sites that are deemed objectionable by the general populus. The staff at ShareAdSpace.com reserves the right to ban or block any website they deem inappropriate.

4. All AD credits won are for ADVERTISING ONLY and can be redeemed for website hits at ShareAdSpace.com exclusively. The credits hold no monetary value. The only monetary value is in cashable credits that can be randomly won while surfing. The cashable credits hold a base value of 10 credits=1 cent (1,000 credits=$1)

5. When redeeming credits for hits, it is understood that all hits may not be used up in a timely fashion and thus, there is no time limit for when your campaign will consume all the credits.

6. Member is free to add, edit or remove any or all of their campaigns. All credits attached to campaign will be automatically refunded to the members account so that they can be reallocated.

7. Although there is a no minimum balance of cashable credits required to request payout, there is a flat 25 cent processing fee for each payment request, regardless of the balance. Therefore, the payout button will not appear until a minimum of 26 cents (260 cashable credits) have been earned by the member. It is strongly recommended that the frequency of payout requests be minimized by each member so that the processing fee does not absorb an unusually high percentage of the member's earnings.

For example, if a member request payout at 50 cents, the 25 cent processing fee will absorb 50% of the member's earnings. However, if the member waited until $10 (10,000 cashable credits) had been accumulated, the 25 cent fee would only absorb 2.5% of the total member earnings. Reviewing a member's account for accuracy after a payout request takes the same amount of administrative time regardless of how much has been earned and thus, the flat fee has been imposed for this reason.
